IMV completes the installation of two high Force “ECO” Test Systems at Paconsult GmbH a leading European Test House for the Aerospace industry.
IMV Corporation have competed the Installation of two high force air cooled Vibration Test Systems for Paconsult GmbH
Both systems feature that latest “ECO” technology from IMV Corporation.
Paconsult GmbH are at the forefront of providing qualification testing to a wide customer base across Europe; these two systems have been delivered to separate facilities which enable Paconsult to expand their services particularly for customers who require high displacement testing and both high and low frequency testing.
As part of the ISM (Integrated Shaker Manager) software the Paconsult are benefiting from significant energy savings along with a reduction in their carbon footprint.
With the expansion of Paconsult’s facilities across Europe, the customer also has the capability to monitor the health of each Vibration System via remote access to the ISM Software running on each System.
IMV’s “Service Manager” Module contained within the ISM software monitors and stores up to 200 operating parameters while the system is running If a fault occurs, the fault is logged and a snapshot of the data is taken of 30 seconds before and 30 seconds after the fault.
Data is stored on the hard disc or local networked PC and can either be remotely accessed by IMV Service engineers or e-mailed to IMV for remote diagnostics
All of this information means that IMV can remotely diagnose a system problem such that:
The problem can be resolved remotely and the system is back up and running without the need for service engineer to visit.
90% of problems are solved with remote diagnostics, without the need for a service engineer visit
If a Service visit is required, the engineer will bring the correct spare part and have the system running again in only one trip.
The “Service Manager” Module is supplied as standard with IMV’s range of “ECO” Vibration Test Systems.
